How should I prepare for my appointment?

A good night's sleep is essential. Make sure to have eaten and stayed hydrated beforehand. Avoid excessive alcohol consumption the night before. Personal hygiene is a must. Wear comfortable clothing. You may bring your own lunch, as we have a refrigerator and microwave. During winter, we ask our clients to remove their shoes, so please bring indoor shoes or feel free to use our slippers.
